After years of artisan baking, we found ourselves drawn to the nuances of pizzamaking. What began as curiosity quickly turned into an obsession, leading us on a journey through Italy to explore its rich diversity of pizza styles. From the light, airy Roman pinsa to the decadent slices of pizza al taglio, and finally to the iconic Pizza Napoletana, we immersed ourselves in Italy’s pizza culture.
Our dedication led us to Naples, the birthplace of pizza, where we trained and studied under the guidance of master pizzaiolos in a pizza laboratory. We learned the importance of simplicity, balance, and authenticity, bringing those lessons home with us. We also learned about the rich history of Naples and the Campania region. Our name honors that history, as Pizza Parthenopea translates to Neapolitan Pizza.
